The good news to used-car buyers is that December has maybe one more decent weekend of selling cars until the business slows down til the week between Christmas and New Years. So why is that good news? I have found over the years that the best time to buy a car is when it is slow. There is a lot of pressure on the sales staff and mangers from those on top to continue to push numbers. At these points, it doesn’t sometimes matter what kind of a deal it is, as long as it is a deal. That means that you might enjoy some huge savings on cars. So, what I would do is to start doing your homework. If you have found a car you want then head back to the store just before Christmas and prepare to leave with a great deal.
